Bedtime Relaxation for Children

You don't need to be
a perfect mom

Your child just needs to learn how to relax.
Turn the nightly rush into a gentle moment of connection.

Why does bedtime become a battle?

Every night when the lights go out, it's a war...

I rush him, I yell at him, he cries himself to sleep.
Late at night, I feel like I've failed.

It's not that you're not doing enough.

Many children simply haven't learned how to let their tense bodies gradually ease into rest.

Based on MBCT-C Framework

It's not about forcing calm,
it's about teaching them how to come back.

Through gentle guidance, help children notice emotions, accept the present moment, and bring attention back to breath and body.

ASMR makes children willing to listen. Mindfulness helps them gradually learn to calm themselves.

It's about more than sleep

Learn to relax tonight,
learn to care for emotions tomorrow.

Four core practices, each building a real-life skill for your child.

Breath Anchor

When emotions run high, find a place to pause.

Body Scan

Discover tension signals in shoulders, forehead, and body.

Thoughts as Clouds

See worries, without being carried away by them.

Safe Imagery

Build security, self-acceptance, and inner support.

Mindfulness is entering schools and homes

This isn't a passing trend,
it's a skill that's increasingly valued.

What is MBCT-C?

MBCT-C is a mindfulness-based cognitive training approach developed for children. We've adapted the relaxation exercises suitable for daily family use into bedtime guidance that children find easier to accept.

It's not about telling kids to 'stop thinking'

It's about helping them see that thoughts and emotions are happening.

It's not about suppressing emotions

It's about practicing creating a little distance from emotions, then returning to the present.

It's not medical treatment

This is a set of daily bedtime relaxation and emotional skill exercises.
